.30 SQ. FT., $60/month minimum billed quarterly

  • All measurements are rounded up to the next foot and include trailer, bowsprit, swim deck, motors, etc

  • Outside storage requires winterization of vehicles to protect it from freeze damage.

  • Vehicle owner is responsible to perform winterization or requesting prior to October 15th.
