Our buildings have limited access by appointment. Key cards are available to do limited work on boats during our hours of operation, 7 days a week, following our strict building rules. Key cards are not issued to everyone who stores with Maritime. If building rules are broken, future access will be denied for that particular tenant.
Our facility is secured with 24/7 surveillance.
Insurance Requirement: Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all property stored with Maritime, listing Maritime Enterprises II, LLC as the Certificate Holder/Additional Insured.
